Ms. Webster, the Regional Director of Operations for the Mid-Atlantic, has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked for some of the leading service hotel companies in the world, to include Marriott International and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Prior to coming to NFC, Kimberly’s hotel experience spanned from Front Office Operations to Revenue Management and Corporate Sales and Marketing. Additionally, during her time with Four Seasons she was a corporate trainer for the reservations sales force on the East Coast and Midwest regions. Ms. Webster began her career with NFC in 2011 as a concierge Director at the elite and luxurious Turnberry Tower in Arlington, VA. Her passion for service and keen insight into operations made her a key player to move into the Area Director position. She currently oversees the operation of all NFC operations in the Mid-Atlantic region. Her strong customer service and relationship building skills enhance her providing day-to-day interaction with property managers, staff and residents. Kimberly studied Psychology and minored in Business Administration at Howard University.
